Business: CTO


Principal responsibilities

• Implementation of projects to support the CTO Dev Ops management team and the wider organisation – this can include, but is not limited to - location strategy, gender diversity planning, financial planning and headcount management in liaison with the COO, performance review and calibration processes, automation of operational processes, monthly operational reviews etc
• Adherence to, and improvement of, reporting and operational standards across the department
• Data analysis and interpretation
• Management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• MI Reporting & Analytics
• Creation of analysis for senior management review
• Process Improvement capability
• Third Party Vendor and Software Management
• Understanding of Governed, Non-Governed, Direct and Customer Cost Financials
• Experience in the application of industry leading standards and technologies, particularly around software delivery lifecycle
