We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Lead Consultant Specialist.

Requirements

• Minimal 10+ years’ experience of software developments with both Water-Fall and Agile methodologies.
• Have experience leading and managing agile, cross function delivery teams (direct and indirect repartees).
• Strong experience on at least one of below Mobile development:

a)i OS development - Experience as a tech expert on i OS platform; proficient with Objective-C and Swift skills; Knowledge of UIKit and Cocoa frameworks; Familiar with design pattern MVC/ MVVM. Have VIPER swift experience is a plus; Familiar with Snap Kit / Alamofire and most popular 3rd party libs.
b)AOS development - Experience as a tech expert on Android platform; proficient with Kotlin/Java; experience in Dagger2 / Rxjava2 / Retrofit2 / Ok Http / Jetpack, familiar with 3rd party lib integration, familiar with design pattern particularly MVP pattern.

• Strong experience on API development include Springboot, Kubernetes and Docker; experienced with API contract design.
• Experience with Cloud based solutions and Postgre SQL.
• Familiar with security concept and integration such as https, cert pinning, encryption and decryption, data protection, JWT, OAUTH, etc.
• Have experience with Production Support and incident management.
• Knowledge on Dev Ops, Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), Agile control Framework.
• Are passionate about technology and look for opportunities to learn & bring new ideas to the team.
• Demonstrable ability to mentor, develop talent and motivate staff to reach their optimum performance levels and career development.
• Want to be part of a world class team, working for a business with a need and appreciation for excellent software engineers.
• Excellent knowledge of their technical environment and will have significant responsibility in setting the way forward in the types of technology they look after. Forward thinking, making the right decisions based on strategy.
• Effective English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Experience on banking / HSBC and understanding of how change drives benefits for HSBC, its customers and other stakeholders will be an advantage.
• Experience on HSBCnet will be an advantage.
