• Responsible for the press communication relate to certain métier.
• Update press data of mainland China, effective usage of the list:
  • General media list updating.
  • Monthly report on media data base.
• Work closely with press contacts satisfied press request to maximize press coverage.
• Monitor and analysis new media and the key titles’ performance, define the key titles annually.

• Assist Press Manager to implement the execution of press activities & PR events:
  • Develop communication strategy.
  • RSVP & Invitation follow up.
  • On-site execution.
  • Clipping follow-up.
  
  

• Assist Press Manager for the communication with media to approach the press shooting opportunity and follow up the exposure results.
  • Monthly Loaning report.
  • Press sample Damage & missing report.
  
  

• Press material translation or proof reading of responsible métier.
• Press kits, library, and stock management.
• Assist Press Manager to monitor the press budget spending breakdown.

Profile:

• University graduate or above, preferably in Communication/Marketing subject.
• 5+ years working experience in related Press/PR/Marketing experience in multinational retail prestige industry.
• Native Mandarin speaker with fluent command of English or French, good writing in both Chinese and English.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Steady emotional intelligence, proactive, energetic, and adaptable with strong project management abilities, can work independently and lead individual projects.
• Willing to travel, hardworking and flexibility to work additional hours if necessary.
