Press* Communication (* Press here means press and influencers):
- Responsible for the press communication relate to certain métier.

Update press data of mainland China, effective usage of the list:
- General media list updating.
- Monthly report on media data base.
- Work closely with press contacts satisfied press request to maximize press coverage.
- Monitor and analysis new media and the key titles’ performance, define the key titles annually.
Press activities & PR events:
-
Assist Press Manager to implement the execution of press activities & PR events:
- Develop communication strategy.
- RSVP & Invitation follow up.
- On-site execution.
- Clipping follow-up.
Press Loaning:
-
Assist Press Manager for the communication with media to approach the press shooting opportunity and follow up the exposure results.
- Monthly Loaning report.
- Press sample Damage & missing report.
Others:
- Press material translation or proof reading of responsible métier.
- Press kits, library, and stock management.
- Assist Press Manager to monitor the press budget spending breakdown.
- University graduate or above, preferably in Communication/Marketing subject.
- 5+ years working experience in related Press/PR/Marketing experience in multinational retail prestige industry.
- Native Mandarin speaker with fluent command of English or French, good writing in both Chinese and English.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Steady emotional intelligence, proactive, energetic, and adaptable with strong project management abilities, can work independently and lead individual projects.
- Willing to travel, hardworking and flexibility to work additional hours if necessary.
