Senior Strategic and Planning Manager

Role purpose：
Haleon is undergoing digital transformation in many business areas, including consumer engagement, expert engagement, supply chain and many areas. This role is to support the organization in the managing, prioritizing, and monitoring of digital transformation initiatives at enterprise level.
Digital strategic planning is part of the job of this role. This role will develop data strategy and other digital related strategy with cross function.
To support enterprise digital initiative planning, this role will develop a fit-for-purpose digital transformation governance model in China. This role will also be the owner of digital governance model operation, including hosting digital council meeting and iterating model based on customer needs.
In daily operation, this role will work with cross functional team to set clear milestones and KPI’s for digital transformation initiatives, track progress and report back to CMT, remove milestones by facilitating discussions between stakeholders and escalating where necessary.
Additionally, this role will also support manager in other strategic work, e.g., supporting enterprise/category strategy development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and host digital initiative governance model in China, e.g., digital council
- Oversee ongoing key digital transformation. Collect and align purpose of key digital transformation initiatives, track result against key KPI’s, and support management team on further prioritization and risk management
- Develop data strategy and other digital related strategy (e.g., private domain strategy)
- Support manager’s daily work, including category team strategic support and enterprise strategy
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience: at least 3 years’ experience in digital related roles (consulting, project management)
- Education: Bachelor and above.
- Knowledge: Require experience in digital transformation. Basic business sense is a must to ensure digital transformation is in line with commercial needs. Stakeholder management and influencing is key to drive progress.
