About the role - you will:

• Support team members on servo system data collection and analysis.
• Understand how to perform servo system failure analysis on hard disc drive failures and determine root cause. Work with various groups to develop corrective actions and follow through the implementations.
• Conceive and develop solutions to engineering programs through the application of professionally accepted engineering techniques, practices and procedures.
• 支持团队成员收集和分析伺服系统数据。
• 了解如何对硬盘驱动器故障进行伺服系统故障分析，并确定根本原因。与各小组合作制定纠正措施并贯彻执行。

About you:

• Bachelor‘s degree and/or equivalent experience,Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Physics, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant disciplines.
• Basic HDD knowledge. Demonstrated ability to solve conflicts and deliver optimized solutions.
• Has positive attitude for work and willing to take challenge.
• Data analytic experience & familiar with MATLAB and C programming
• Good communication skills with fluent oral and written English.
