Job Summary:
The National B2B Manager’s main responsibility is to lead the national B2B team to gain the corporate gift business through the distributor expansion, targeted corporate searching and special channel development.

Job Summary:
The National B2B Manager’s main responsibility is to lead the national B2B team to gain the corporate gift business through the distributor expansion, targeted corporate searching and special channel development.
Job Duties:
- Build FW B2B channel development strategy, route to market development plan to meet customer needs for Mainland China
- Build and maintain a good business relationship with China distributors via conducting annual game plan, daily operation, periodic business review and continuous optimization.
- Help the team to explore the business for direct corporate opportunity through phone call/ cold visit/marketing intelligence and other ways.
- Plan and manage the trade fund to drive the right business building blocks regarding top customer contract, trade activity etc.
- Manage and develop national sales team through providing coach and feedback to the team.
- Work with Channel Marketing team to have yearly A&P plan and review and track the plan with best ROI
- Work with Supply Chain functions to have the good forecast plan and service rate
Job Requirements:
- University Degree in business related field.
- Strong B2B business development and management experience, knowledge and skills.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in FMCG or premium consumer goods industry
- Strong project management, analytical, presentation and team communication skills
- Leadership to leader sizable team
- Experience in preparation of budgets, forecasting etc.
- Effective project management skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Sound analytical skills and acute attention to details
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability and desire to multi-task.
