We are localizing our products for the Chinese market (with English as the source language and Simplified Chinese as the target), and we are now looking for a .Net Support Engineer to support our China market.
As part of our team, you will:

• Help users understand the product and solve problems.
• Reproduce bugs reported by users.
• Write articles and prepare guides for our users.
• Process user feedback and help the product develop in accordance with user requests.

Requirements:

• Are proficient in English (upper-intermediate level or higher).
• Enjoy helping users no matter what issues they experience.
• Can explain complex ideas in simple words.
• Can identify the cause of an issue just by looking at a screenshot.
• Believe that all software is primarily made for its users.
• Can write simple programs in at least one programming language.
• Have experience with at least one IDE.
• Have experience with bug trackers and/or at least one CRM system.
• Have strong analytical skills.
• Can concisely and clearly express your thoughts both orally and in writing.
• Are able to work independently.
• Are committed to developing and expanding your competencies.

Preferable:

• Are familiar with Unity, Unreal Engine, ASP.NET
• Are interested in programming languages.
