As a Account Manager, you will provide a excellent client management
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Oversee account projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with client expectations.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their accounts and ongoing projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and products to provide the best possible advice and support to clients.

Minimum requirements:

• Studies: Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered.
• Experience: At least 1 or 2 year of experience as a account manager
• Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
