Associate Tender Analyst will report to Senior Tender Administration Supervisor. In this role you will identify, prepare and follow-up of bidding processes in Colombia and supporting Ecuador. The position is based in Colombia, working on a hybrid model.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provide coordination and guidance to commercial team and all business units involved in bids administration process
• Prepare and manage material pricing for each offer, stablish relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and execute tenders and is responsible for the legalization of public and private contracts
• Application and formalization of guarantees
• Ensure compliance with local policies and legislation

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in presentation of offers and tenders, or a similar role
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
