As a Carrier Sales Representative, you will negotiate rates with carriers to cover loads that were tendered over by a customer.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Provide superior customer service to customers and carriers.
• Qualify and set up carriers properly in the TMS.
• Use provided tools and resources to find and locate a minimum of 50 new carriers each week.
• Review and update a minimum of 25 carriers that are suspended in the TMS.
• Monitor and execute assigned KPIs weekly.
• Provide the manager with at least 1 customer issue per week and help come up with a plan of action to solve it through a strategy meeting for continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Minimum requirements:

• Studies: High School Degree is required. Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics related. Additional studies are also considered.
• Experience: At least 1+ year of experience as a carrier sales representative.
• Language: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm., following the American Calendar.
• Contract: Indefinite contract + benefits.
• Location: Only for Barranquilla. This position will be On-site at We Work..
• Salary: $ 4.250.000 COP - $ 4.500.000 COP + commissions in USD
