Job Overview:
As our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, patient engagement, and market share in the healthcare sector. You will lead a multidisciplinary marketing team and work closely with clinical, operational, and executive teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with the company’s mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to support the organization’s growth and objectives in the healthcare sector.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, patient education, community outreach, public relations, and brand management.
• Analyze market trends, patient insights, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve the highest return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align marketing strategies with patient care objectives and service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies for patient acquisition, retention, and engagement through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, healthcare influencers, and key stakeholders in the healthcare community.
• Drive digital transformation and leverage online platforms to enhance brand presence and patient interaction.
• Ensure all marketing efforts comply with local healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing Director, or similar senior marketing leadership role within the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Colombian healthcare market and patient behavior.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for healthcare organizations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, patient engagement, and data analytics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
• Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in English is an asset.
