Director of Clinical Operations (Hospital Experience Required)

We are looking for an experienced Director of Clinical Operations to lead our healthcare system in Bogotá, Colombia for our client in Texas, USA. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in clinical operations management from a hospital setting in the United States and will be able to integrate international best practices with local healthcare regulations and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflows across departments.
Collaborate with medical staff and administrative teams to improve operational processes and patient outcomes.
Develop and implement policies and protocols that align with both local regulations and US healthcare standards.
Manage staff scheduling, resource allocation, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal service delivery.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including patient safety, quality assurance, and accreditation standards.
Drive clinical performance improvements through data analysis and evidence-based practices.
Lead initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
2+ years of clinical operations experience within a US hospital or healthcare system.
Strong understanding of hospital management, patient flow, and regulatory requirements in the US healthcare system.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven track record of improving operational efficiencies and patient care quality.
Knowledge of clinical software systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.

Desired Skills:

Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Experience in change management and process improvement.
Ability to work cross-functionally with medical, administrative, and support teams.
Experience in international healthcare or multi-country operations is a plus.
