We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Cycle Director to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia for our client in Texas, USA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the revenue cycle within a hospital setting in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your knowledge of US healthcare systems and apply it within an international context.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, including patient registration, billing, coding, and collections.
• Implement strategies to optimize revenue collection and reduce claims denials.
• Ensure compliance with both local and international healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve financial performance.
• Analyze financial data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage a team of billing specialists, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle management within a US hospital setting.
• Strong understanding of billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and payer reimbursement processes in the United States.
• Experience with hospital financial systems and healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in relevant software such as Epic, Cerner, or other healthcare financial systems.

Desired Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams, including clinical and administrative staff.
• Experience in international healthcare settings is a plus.
