Communications Manager
En esta posición tendrás el objetivo de implementar la estrategia de comunicaciones internas y externas de la compañía; llevando a cabo campañas encaminadas a generar conocimiento y engagement y definiendo la estrategia de posicionamiento corporativo.

Tus responsabilidades:
Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave para progresar TU carrera, las principales son:

• Definir, junto con el líder de área el plan de comunicaciones internas y cronograma con base en las prioridades y actividades definidas global y regionalmente, así como localmente por las áreas relevantes
• Coordinar con las áreas relevantes y en lo que respecta a Comunicaciones, la organización de eventos o actividades internas
• Coordinar la elaboración y comunicación de piezas gráficas y audiovisuales de difusión de mensajes dentro de la compañía.
• Participar en la implementación del plan de responsabilidad social de la Compañía.
• Coordinar con la agencia de comunicaciones externa la estrategia de posicionamiento corporativo de la compañía.
• Ser responsable de la ejecución de campañas de Disease Awareness, de acuerdo con los objetivos y prioridades de las áreas terapéuticas.
• Desarrollar, cuando sea requerido, materiales como fact sheets¸ statements y Q&A.
• Coordinar los planes de manejo de crisis, cuando sea requerido..

• Preferentemente profesionales graduados de carreras universitarias como Comunicación Social o similares.
• Experiencia excluyente en posiciones similares
• Preferentemente experiencia en empresas de la industria farmacéutica

Se valorarán personas con autonomia, excelente relaciones interpersonales y marcada orientación a resultados.
