Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally in logistics. You will handle calls and requests related to shipments and logistics coordination. High-level English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to logistics-related calls and emails.
- Provide shipment updates and resolve customer issues.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Experience using Portpro or a related system.
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in logistics.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
