We are looking for a Managed Services Support Admin who is comfortable and excited about providing our clients with exceptional customer service. Supporting external clients through email. This candidate will need to be tech savvy, reliable, organized, detail oriented, and a quick learner.

Location: Colombia
Work Mode: On site
Working Hours: 10 AM - 8:00 PM

Responsibilities:Promptly analyze and resolve client issues, maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services, escalate complex matters, guide clients on updates and urgent issues, collaborate with internal teams for improvements, conduct client training sessions, create support documentation, meet service level goals, manage security and content delivery platforms, regularly update service protocols, provide managed services, and demonstrate a commitment to high service standards.
Requirements:2+ years’ experience in customer service (in any industry)
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Knowledge of various applications (Saa S)and software (i.e., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Office)
Experience working with people at different levels
