Are you a seasoned Data Modeler (ER/Studio) with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for transforming data architecture? Join our team in Colombia, where your skills will play a crucial role in driving our data strategies forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support business needs and enhance data architecture.
Leverage advanced expertise in ER Studio (required), including best practices, macros, and complex model optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with organizational objectives and ensure scalability.
Ensure data quality through thorough reviews and continuous improvements.
Provide insights into database design and data management strategies to support business intelligence and analytics.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in data modeling, with a strong focus on data architecture and database design.
3+ years of hands-on experience with ER Studio (required), including advanced functionalities.
English proficiency.
Proficiency in developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
