Job Title: Healthcare Sales Representative

Job Description:

• Answering inbound calls, replying to emails, and performing outbound calls for missed calls
• Reaching out to clients by phone, email, and fax
• Contacting and persuading clients on the waitlist to schedule talk therapy sessions with available therapists who match their needs
• Developing rapport with clients by demonstrating a friendly, caring, and helpful manner to put them at ease
• Understanding clients through quality conversations
• Collecting necessary demographic and insurance information, and handling referrals and clinical history to match clients with the most suitable provider/therapist
• Accurately recording all information in the system/s in real-time
• Utilizing an EHR system to schedule appointments, record client information during the intake process, and update stored information as necessary
• Communicating regularly with key referral sources to ensure proper placement
• Handling other tasks as assigned by management

Skills/Knowledge:

• Strong sales, persuasion, and organizational skills
• Excellent English language proficiency, written and spoken
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
• Experience in B2B sales is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Ability to adapt to industry changes in policies and procedures
• Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and navigate different software, such as Thera Nest, EZ Claim, Google Workspace, Ring Central, Zoho, etc.
• Strong analytical and data-gathering skills
• Ability to work well with clients in mental or emotional distress
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
• Ability to work well within a team
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to quickly identify and address solutions to complex situations

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must have at least two years of prior Sales experience, preferably in US Healthcare or mental health services
• Experience in working remotely or in a BPO company is preferable

System Requirements:

• Desktop/Laptop: Your processor should be at least Intel Core i5 or higher or equivalent with 8GB of RAM
• Internet connection should have at least 10Mbps

Work Hours:

• Full-time (40 hours a week)
• Monday-Friday
• 8 AM-5 PM Pacific Time (1 hour lunch and 2 15-minute breaks)
