DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO:
El Especialista en Emisiones brindará apoyo al equipo de emisiones y atenderá de manera eficiente las necesidades que surjan en cada política. Trabajando de forma colaborativa con otros departamentos involucrados en el proceso, garantizará la entrega oportuna.

RESPONSABILIDADES Y DEBERES:
  • Brindar apoyo al equipo de emisiones, resolviendo de manera rápida y efectiva las necesidades relacionadas con las políticas.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos involucrados en el proceso para cumplir con los plazos de entrega.
  • Mantener una comunicación efectiva con todas las partes interesadas.
  • Trabajar de manera proactiva para identificar y resolver problemas.
  • Utilizar habilidades intermedias en inglés, con conocimientos en portugués altamente deseados, pero no obligatorios.
  • Demostrar competencia intermedia en aplicaciones de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y Word.
  • Tener experiencia en servicio al cliente.
  • Mostrar una actitud proactiva, tomando la iniciativa para identificar y abordar posibles desafíos.
  • Exhibir habilidades de comunicación superiores y efectivas.
  • Desempeñarse bien bajo presión y cumplir con los plazos.
  • Aportar dinamismo y energía al rol.
REQUISITOS BÁSICOS:
  • Estar cursando o tener un título en Administración de Empresas o área relacionada.
  • Habilidades avanzadas en Portugués.
  • Competencia intermedia en aplicaciones de Microsoft Office, incluyendo Excel y Word.
  • Experiencia en servicio al cliente.
  • Actitud proactiva y capacidad para tomar la iniciativa.
  • Habilidades superiores de comunicación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
  • Enfoque dinámico y energético en el trabajo
