As a New Business Assistant, you will be an essential part of our Policy Operations team. Your primary role will be to ensure that each medical insurance application is processed efficiently and accurately. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth communication with our agents and clients. This position will provide you with extensive experience in the insurance industry and the opportunity to grow within a leading company.

Responsibilities:

Review and verify information provided by insurance agents.
Enter data from medical insurance applications into our system accurately.
Manage communication by sending emails to clients and agents.

Requirements:

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to communicate in Spanish and English at an intermediate level.
Ongoing or completed studies in Business Administration or related disciplines.
