Overview
The Recruitment Coordinator will collaborate with regional Recruiters and Quorum global locations to facilitate processes and procedures in the overall hiring cycle. Generally responsible for recruiting administration and facilitating the flow of candidates through the recruitment process. These areas will include but not be limited to Job Requisition postings, Interview Scheduling, Offer Package Management, Candidate Onboarding and producing candidate status reports. The TA coordinator will act as a liaison between the Candidate, Regional TA Specialists, HR Advisors and Regional/Global Hiring Managers.
This role will require organization in managing daily priorities with focus on detail and data integrity. This role will have a high level of customer service interaction with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule onsite and remote interviews globally, confirming the details and logistics directly with the candidates.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers to provide a seamless interviewing experience for all involved.
  • Review and verify job posting utilizing designated templates and formats with focus on consistency in structure of description, required skill sets, and required compliance disclaimers.
  • Generate and process offer packages efficiently and accurately for candidates selected for hire.
  • Work efficiently in Talent Acquisition systems & software (MS Dynamics)
  • Support the Talent Acquisition organization with reporting, recruiting events, and administrative tasks
  • Creates and runs reports to track department metrics, performance reviews, and other data as needed.
  • Answers routine inquiries regarding Talent Acquisition/Company policies and procedures.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement across the Talent Acquisition function. Identify ways to eliminate waste/ quality defects, and design more efficient and effective processes for HR and internal customers who interface with processes.
  • Maintains excellent relationships with corporate HR staff and management across the company globally to ensure and maintain open communication.
  • Supports recruiters in daily transactional tasks to ensure a positive, efficient, experience for prospective candidates
  • Execution of special projects
  • Ad hoc support of recruiters as needed
  • Support recruiting event logistics for job fairs
  • And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in HR or an analytical, detail oriented field.
  • Experience with scheduling or calendar management working with multiple time zones (domestic and international)
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent proofreading and grammar.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Advanced level experience with MS Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize & meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast paced, changing, dynamic work environment, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with MS Outlook and MS Teams for meeting scheduling
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system preferred
  • Exhibits customer focused behavior such as building positive relationships and strives to understand customer’s needs, both internal and external.
  • Excellent time-management, organizational, documentation and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle assignments that are of a confidential and complex nature with considerable discretion, judgment and tact is essential.
  • Ability to review processes objectively and recommend more efficient methods.
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations in a diplomatic and professional manner.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions based on investigation and judgment as well as ability to discern when to escalate issues.
  • A positive approach and willingness to learn coupled with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extreme multi-tasking.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with teammates, clients, and vendors.
  • Ability to find and communicate accurate information.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system preferred
Additional Details
  • Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and Passport/ID validation.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Colombia is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
  • Current professional card or registration in Colombia (if applicable): The successful candidate will be required to present their professional card or registration information if the role is deemed to be regulated.
  • Onboarding Medical: The successful candidate will be required to undergo an onboarding medical examination prior to commencement of employment, in accordance with Colombian legislation.
