Annual Earning Potential: $22,500-35000 USD
Expected Hours: 7 Hours/Day 5 Days Per Week ($10/hour)
Commission Structure: $25/confirmed appointment, $250 minimum bonus for signed closings
Commission KPI’s: Our ISA’s are expected to hit 2 qualified appointments/day minimum
Fully Remote: Expected to work in clients US time zone (East to West Coast)
Requirements:
  • Real Estate Cold Calling Experience
  • Excellent English (No Exceptions)
  • Excellent Base Of Real Estate Knowledge & The US Real Estate Market
  • A Fast Internet Connection Of At Least 25MBS+
  • A Capable, Up To Date Computer
  • A Proper Headset/Microphone For Calling
  • Ability To Work Full TIme, 35-40 Hours/Week
  • Existing Understanding Of Dialers, CRM’s & Relevant Software
  • Honesty, Integrity & A Hard Work Ethic (We Have A Backend QC Team To Ensure You Are Following All Best Practices, Showing Up On Time, Performing Etc)
Job Description:
As a real estate ISA with our team you will have the exciting opportunity to be paid extremely well while servicing 2 real estate agent teams while working with the entire Realty Gen team to support you on the backend
We are seeking truly professional real estate ISA’s with excellent english who want to operate at the highest level in servicing our clients and be paid as such, joining our team for the long term
We heavily invest into our real estate ISA’s giving you access to the top software, real estate prospecting data, inbound paid ad leads, sales coaching and more to ensure you are taken care of and in the best possible environment to effectively do your job and book our clients up with appointments
Your primary responsibilities will be
  • Outbound lead dialing: using our outbound multi line dialer to cold call home owners from prospecting lists (pulled by our data manager) to book appointments every day for our agent partners
  • Inbound Lead dialing: using our inbound CRM (Go High Level) to call inbound generated leads from paid ads our clients are running. These are the warmest leads you will get, with the easiest conversion into appointments but must be called upon diligently based upon our structure. Our clients are mainly focused on seller leads (home valuations, cash offers etc) but some real estate agents also run buyer campaigns like new construction, downsizing, list of home ads etc.

You will have access to real estate sales coaches (our own top real estate agents & brokers), lead managers, quality control managers, portfolio directors, real estate marketers, data managers, and more! The Real Estate Clients You Will Be Partnered With:
At Realty Gen, we pride ourselves with partnering with only the best agents in each market; you will be partnered with 2 real estate agent teams/agents where you will strive to provide them the best possible service, high quality appointments, great lead to booked appointment rates and reap the rewards from high commissions paid out to you by both of the agents you’re partnered with. Each agent/team will also meet with you up 2X/week to give you additional coaching on their specific market
These agents are hungry for success and are investing thousands of dollars into this program, into you, into their paid ad leads, their prospecting data and more so it’s imperative that we partner them with top quality real estate ISA’s who are eager to operate at the highest level
Your Day To Day Schedule:
As a real estate ISA with our team, you will have a morning kickoff with our entire team at 8A EST before hopping into an individual session with your team at 815AM, with calling starting at 830AM EST
Calling on 2 different clients, you will be expected to put in outbound cold calling sessions for each of these clients in your day, along with calling all your inbound (paid ad) leads throughout the day for both of these clients
With 2 different clients, 2 inbound lead pipelines & 2 outbound campaigns you will have ample opportunity to book at least 2 appointments in your day with a minimum of 1500-2,000 dials per made in total/day (reductions can be made over time as you prove performance metrics)
Our days are a mix of structured outbound dial sessions, inbound dial sessions, sales coaching and more
