This position will be based in our Office in Bogotá. We are looking for local talent!
Main responsibilities:

• Segmentation and generation of qualified leads for the disposition of non-operating assets.
• Preparation and consolidation of commercial information and material for clients, brokers, committees, among others.
• Improve the customer service experience in the different channels and communication platforms (networks, marketing pages, CRM).
• Elaboration of commercial proposals
• Follow-up in administrative processes of purchase and sale contracts, leases, renewals, commodatums.
• Follow-up of agreements and commitments with current and ongoing customers.
• Follow up on traffic generation strategies.

Main requirements:

• Student of business administration, marketing, business, economics, engineering or related fields.
• Database management.
• Office skills (excel, power point).
• Advanced English.
