* Managing complex schedules and appointments
* Handling sensitive communications and documents
* Preparing legal paperwork
* Maintaining client files and databases
* Providing general administrative support
* Handling phone calls and follow-ups with clients
* Conducting initial client intakes
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Legal experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and possess strong interpersonal skills for client interactions.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
