Responsibilities

️ Lead Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, and HCM).
Technical Documentation: Develop technical specifications and design documents.
Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications with other systems.
Security & Performance: Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
️ Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects.
Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and best practices.
Code Reviews: Conduct code/peer reviews, ensuring best practices are adhered to across the team.
Collaboration: Work with the product team to understand and analyze business requirements.
Project Management: Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
Support: Provide technical support for other corporate systems and technologies.

Skills

Technical Expertise: In-depth technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications including ERP, SCM, and HCM.
Security Integration: Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud security, integration frameworks, and best practices.
Reports & Analytics: Proficiency in BI reports, Excel templates, RTF, OTBI reports, and other reporting tools.
Customization & Flexibility: Experience in defining Flex fields, personalization, and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Web Services: Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST web services, and integration with enterprise applications.
Methodologies: Familiarity with ITIL, Dev Ops, CI/CD, Agile, and Scrum frameworks.
Development Tools: Experience with Oracle development tools, SQL, PL/SQL, and Java.

Experience

• Years of Experience: Minimum 7-10 years as a Lead Engineer in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP/SCM/HCM).

Full Implementation: Completion of at least one full implementation in a technical role.
Cloud Solutions: 5+ years with Oracle Paa S solutions like Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Process Automation, and Visual Builder Cloud Service.
Team Lead Experience: At least 3 years in a team lead role is mandatory.

Communications/Leadership

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and lead team members.

Education/Technology

Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
️ Certifications: Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications are a plus.
