We are currently seeking a Sales Ops Manager for our office located in Medellin, Colombia.

Key Responsibilities
Transaction Operations
  • Manage the quote-to-cash transaction process, ensuring all transactions meet minimum business quantity and quality SLAs.
Pipeline Management
  • Design and lead sales operations' pipeline analytics and management engine to improve GTM partners’ sales effectiveness and efficiency decisions.
Sales Analytics
  • Develop streamlined sales productivity BI tools/dashboards using Power BI, SFDC, and other tools.
  • Present actionable insights to senior GTM leaders to elevate their business decisions.
Sales Forecasting
  • Lead the sales forecasting process in collaboration with finance, sales leaders, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Streamline the end-to-end forecasting process for improved accuracy and efficiency.
Sales Process Optimization
  • Structure and optimize key sales processes, including:
    • Territory design
    • Account tiering
    • Segmentation analysis
    • Account planning
    • Sales capacity modeling
Sales Technology Strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape Kaseya’s revenue technology optimization roadmap.
  • Lead the implementation of sales technology strategies.
Sales Compensation
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales Strategy team, assisting in the design, implementation, and administration of the sales compensation plan.

Key Qualifications
Sales Operations Experience
  • 5-10 years in sales operations or related roles within a fast-paced organization.
Analytical Skills
  • Proficient in data analysis, sales forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Skilled in tools like Power BI, Salesforce (SFDC), and Excel.
Process Improvement
  • Proven track record of streamlining sales processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Experienced in partnering with finance, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies and drive results.
Technology Implementation
  • Familiarity with the sales technology stack and hands-on experience in leading CRM and sales tool implementations.
Compensation Strategy Development
  • Involvement in designing and administering sales compensation plans that motivate teams and align with business objectives.
Project Management
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to lead initiatives from conception to successful execution.
Leadership Skills
  • Experienced in mentoring and guiding sales operations teams or cross-functional project teams.
Strategic Thinking
  • Critical thinker capable of addressing business challenges and delivering actionable recommendations.
Industry Knowledge
  • Understanding of specific industries (e.g., technology, Saa S) to inform sales strategies and operations.
