Summary:

The Sales Operations Analyst supports the sales team by optimizing processes, analyzing data, and developing tools to drive performance and efficiency. this role plays a critical part in ensuring that sales objectives are met by providing actionable insights, streamlining workflows, and enhancing data quality. the ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is detail-oriented, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Data management & analysis: gather, clean, and analyze sales data to generate insights that inform sales strategies and identify improvement opportunities.
• Sales process optimization: work with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance sales processes, tools, and workflows to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting & dashboarding: develop and maintain dashboards and reports for the sales team, providing visibility into key metrics and performance trends.
• Forecasting support: assist in sales forecasting and pipeline management, providing detailed analysis to support accurate projections.
• CRM management: ensure CRM data quality and compliance, train sales team members on best practices, and assist in troubleshooting CRM issues.
• Performance tracking: monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, identifying trends and flagging areas needing attention to help drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics, or 3+ years of work experience in a sales operations analyst or similar role.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or a related field.
• Technical skills: proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI software).
• Analytical skills: strong ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and present insights in a clear and actionable format.
• Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills
