An Account Manager at Software One is responsible for cultivating and nurturing deep client relationships while delivering the best of our software solutions. Taking ownership of revenue, profit/loss, and growth objectives for existing client accounts, focusing on renewals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities. Collaboration with Operations Managers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) will be crucial to ensure detailed solution delivery. Demonstrating the diverse resources within Software One to address client queries promptly and effectively, ultimately driving client satisfaction and business growth.

Account Manager Farmer
An Account Manager at Software One is responsible for cultivating and nurturing deep client relationships while delivering the best of our software solutions. Taking ownership of revenue, profit/loss, and growth objectives for existing client accounts, focusing on renewals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities. Collaboration with Operations Managers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) will be crucial to ensure detailed solution delivery. Demonstrating the diverse resources within Software One to address client queries promptly and effectively, ultimately driving client satisfaction and business growth.
The role:
Develop Deep Client Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
- Own revenue, profit/loss, and growth objectives for assigned client accounts. See opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals, maximimprovingvalue of Software One's offerings to clients.
- Work closely with Operations Managers and CSMs to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Supervise the progress of solution delivery, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Proactively identify and address any roadblocks or challenges that may arise during implementation.
- Use Software One's resources optimally to address client queries.
- Engage with technical guides, consultants, and other relevant teams as needed to support client requirements.
- Continuously assess client accounts for opportunities to expand and enhance Software One's presence.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs.
- Knowledge of the local market and active customer portfolio.
- Experience driving new business in accounts at the C-suite level or equivalent
- Supervise key performance metrics related to revenue, client satisfaction, and account growth.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for internal customers, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
- Career related to technology with a history of proven ability in the role of Account Manager or Business Developer in technological solutions.
- Knowledge of technological solutions and project management.
- Planning, execution and supervision of technology implementation projects, including technology management software, data analysis platforms, and cybersecurity, among others.
- Ability to understand the client's technical and business needs and translate them into viable solutions using available technology.
- Build Relationship Nurturing Skills.
- In-depth understanding of the industry and market landscape relevant to the organization's products or services.
- Extensive knowledge of the sales cycle and delivery process within the organization.
- Proven dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations, with clear awareness of the customer's business strategy and planned business outcomes.
- Develops and maintains strategic account plans to improve value-driven relationships with customers. Maps out the process of closing multiple deals to retaining and growing the relationship as well as matching the SWO strategy to the customer's own business strategy.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, negotiate terms, and influence customers effectively.
- Determined / motivated and initiative take.
- Teammate, continuous learner and instigator of innovative practices.
Desirable skills:
- English level B1 in speaking, writing and listening.
- Basic Project Management
- Knowledge of solutions from the main Hyperscalers
- Microsoft, AWS, GCP Certifications
- Strategic Account Planning
