Job Description
  • Knowledge in below tasks:
  • Invoice processing
  • Payment proposal
  • Credit and debit notes processing
  • Vendor master data
  • Month end reports
  • Customer Service.
  • SLA’s compliance.
  • Direct point of contact with the client.
  • Statistics of volume.
  • Resolutions of cases/issues.

Qualifications
  • University studies in accounting, administration, economics or similar.
  • 1 years minimum of experience.
  • Time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Sense of urgency and ownership when dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Overtime availability.
  • Portuguese Language is required.
