Job Description
This role is a member of a client sourcing service delivery team, responsible for Data Management and utilization of internal and external data sources/offline information to complete and update internal third-party records, according to the client’s corporate policies and business unit procedures.

Job Description
This role is a member of a client sourcing service delivery team, responsible for Data Management and utilization of internal and external data sources/offline information to complete and update internal third-party records, according to the client’s corporate policies and business unit procedures.
- Assessment of external vendors which will follow a process of: (1) Triage of data; (2) Cleanup of existing data; (3) Identification of gaps in data (4) Closing out gaps in data
- Triage will include but not limited to: is there a risk rating? Is there an active contract?
- Engagement with stakeholders, ascertain internal and cyber risk data and contacts for third-party suppliers.
- Providing support when new ticket gets raised
- Management of global vendor base
- Closely engage with stakeholders
- May also support the delivery of other DSS procurement and sourcing services including spend analysis, supplier performance management, and contract administration
- This role will be required to go into the office
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 1-3 Data Management Experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data in Coupa
- Credit Risk management knowledge and experience
- Deep understanding of change management process
- Excellent Communication Skills (English)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work with various technology platforms
