BRANCH OFFICER
OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Atender y satisfacer los requerimientos que presentan los clientes actuales y potenciales de la empresa, con respecto a los servicios que la misma ofrece, brindándoles información de cualquier trámite que deseen realizar. Además, realizar las actividades necesarias para la administración de la cartera de su oficina.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES / FUNCIONES
- Brindar información de los servicios que brinda la empresa, y aspectos relacionados a ellos
- Realizar la recepción de pagos en la oficina.
- Realizar los diferentes trámites que los clientes solicitan, e ingresar la información respectiva al sistema, por ejemplo: tramitar las solicitudes de desconexiones, reconexiones, instalación de servicios adicionales, cambios de colillas y otros
- Elaborar notas de crédito y débito
- Recibir denuncias de piratería y canalizarlo a Auditoría Externa, para el respectivo análisis y trámite
- Apoyar en la retención de clientes.
- Generar roles y completar ordenes en aquellas zonas donde se de soporte operativo en desconexiones y reconexiones.
- Apoyar la gestión de cobros a la cartera según corresponda.
- Generar el cierre de su caja diario, velando porque no haya recibos pendientes y justificando los sobrantes o faltantes que existan.
- Realizar los reportes de retención de manera diaria.
- Atender clientes con averías, haciendo todo lo posible por filtrar dicha avería, es decir, guiar al cliente mediante una serie de preguntas estructuradas para evitar que los técnicos le visiten por una falsa avería.
- Recibir quejas, sugerencias y felicitaciones de parte de los clientes y canalizarlas adecuadamente.
- Realizar ventas de servicios nuevos y adendums.
- Digitar contratos y/o pagos de ventas, para las oficinas que aplique.
PREPARACIÓN ACADÉMICA
- Bachiller en Educación Media
- Ingles a nivel intermedio (preferiblemente)
EXPERIENCIA
- Un año de experiencia en el área de Servicio al Cliente y Ventas.
CONOCIMIENTO TÉCNICO
Indispensable:
Manejo de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point y Outlook)
Deseable:
Manejo de clientes difíciles
