Cost Specialist

Team Overview and Job responsibilities
Prysmian is looking for a Costs Specialist to support our finance team based in Heredia, Costa Rica. In this position you will be responsible for collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information and economic indicators; perform analysis of financial, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.
Job responsibilities:
  • Monthly cost products calculation.
  • Analysis and control of the transactional manufacturing process.
  • Monthly forecast process elaboration
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience including experience in accounting.
  • Experience with large data sets and advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.
  • Analytical skills and able to follow up on important data details.
  • Able to communicate and make presentations to senior levels.
  • Positive leadership style.
  • Results oriented and self‐starter person.
  • Highly dynamic and oriented to operational work,
  • Microsoft Office proficient.
Preferred qualifications
  • Manufacturing Industry experience.
  • SAP or Business Warehouse experience
  • Basic to advance English level.
