Your Role and Responsibilities
"The Offboarding Delivery Manager - Americas is responsible for managing and optimizing the offboarding delivery across the Americas region. This role combines people management with delivery responsibilities like operational guidance, process oversight, accountability for key performance metrics and cost management.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Build and lead the Americas offboarding team in Costa Rica, fostering a collaborative and positive culture to enhance engagement and productivity.
2. Provide ongoing oversight of offboarding processes, proactively identifying and mitigating any challenges or delays that could impact operational effectiveness.
3. Develop and implement data-driven improvements to optimize team performance and operational efficiency within the region
4. Partner closely with HR Leaders, legal, ER/LR and other relevant stakeholders to ensure local alignment and successful execution of the offboarding process in their country.
5. Ensure a smooth and positive offboarding experience for separating employees by actively improving the process based on their feedback to enhance overall satisfaction."
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a people management role with demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in interacting effectively with executive leadership, stakeholders,
4. Fluent English
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Experience in managing volume driven operations team
2. Good understanding of regional and local compliance requirements
3. Project management skills
