What you’ll do

• Assist to Payroll Lead with payroll end-of-month processes and running payroll reports.
  
• Perform administrative tasks related to HR management, such as issuing certificates, registering bank accounts, attendance tracking, among others.
  
• Maintain employee records.
  
• Manage any payroll queries internally.
  
• Provide review and assistance to employees with payroll or HR-related inquiries through various communication channels.
  
• Periodic updating and maintenance of payroll information shared on HR platforms, ensuring alignment with current internal policies.
  
  

What experience you need

• HR , Accounting Technician degree or related education.
  
• 1+ years Payroll processing experience.
  
• 1 Knowledge of Costa Rica's labor legislation.
  
• 1-2 years Excel or Google sheets experience.
