Objective:
The objective of this role is to ensure the optimal performance, security, and compliance of the organization's SAP systems. The SAP Basis and SAP Security Administrator will manage system administration, implement security protocols, and enforce governance through SAP GRC solutions. The role involves mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting audit processes. The successful candidate will lead system upgrades, provide technical mentorship, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, aligning IT operations with business objectives to enhance the overall SAP landscape.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor SAP to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Utilize SAP Solution Manager, transaction codes, and third-party monitoring tools to continuously monitor system health, performance metrics, and resource utilization. Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Manage SAP transport landscape and handle transport requests.
- Design, implement, and manage SAP security roles and authorizations.
- Perform security audits, vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Investigate and resolve SAP security incidents, supporting end-users with access issues.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Identify opportunities for improving system performance, security, and compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor on Information Technology or computer science or advanced student
- Experience on plant manufacturing on medical devices and administrative areas supporting production and external sites and act as Interfaces with a variety of management levels on significant matters, often requiring the coordination of activity across organizational units.
- Knowledge of IT governance and service strategy.
- Experience in the development and maintenance of SAP Technologies
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced English is required
Desirable Requirements:
- Intermediate Portuguese
- SAP Training or Certificates
