The Sourcing Specialist will be focused on expanding and improving JLL's offerings in areas of sustainability, technology, and corporate responsibility, with a strong emphasis on managing business relationships and meeting specific objectives from the Sourcing & Procurement perspective.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Will lead the commercial relationship and collaborate with JLL's Sustainable Consulting leader.
• Will seek and enroll potential allies according to JLL policies.
• Will manage the commercial relationship up to the development of the contractual framework between JLL and the provider.
• Will search for providers in local/regional markets to expand the IT services portfolio.
• Will manage the process of searching and enrolling potential allies according to JLL policies.
• Will develop the commercial relationship up to establishing the contractual framework between JLL and the provider.
• Requires excellent negotiation skills.
• Will support regional initiatives to meet S&P objectives in Environmental, Social, and Governance matters.
• Will work on local Costa Rica projects such as Bandera Azul, Essential Costa Rica, and CSR programs.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a sourcing specialist or related role.
• Intermediate to advanced English level of communication.
• Basic Portuguese level of communication.
• Requires excellent negotiation skills.
• Knowledge in sustainability is preferred.
