Funciones del Puesto
Data networking/ telecommunications education and/or industry certification (Aruba, Cisco, Juniper, Meraki, Fortinet).
Experience in wireless WAN network environments: Wireless WAN product knowledge (Cradlepoint, Teltonika, Peplink, DIGI).
Basic knowledge on cellular networks including LTE-5G connectivity ( Understanding on how LTE-and 5G networks operate).
Basic understanding on wire and wireless IPS
Demonstrable knowledge of Vo IP (Implementation, Troubleshooting).
Demonstrable knowledge of carrier access network topologies and access devices (modem, NIP).
Demonstrable knowledge to perform troubleshooting on managed routers, switches, and firewalls

Experiencia Deseada
Experience in NOC or network/Telecom support environment ( Front end, Back end,
Demonstrable knowledge of cabling and network overall topology´s structure)
