SALARY RANGE: Subsidy ₡220.000 + Work from home option + Monday to Friday schedule + Possibility to extend internship.
LOCATION: Heredia, Costa Rica.


ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES


The DBS R2R (Record to Report) Team is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and information delivery. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our core operations, gain valuable experience, and play a key role in maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.


WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Execute general ledger accounts reconciliations and follow-up on reconciling items.
• Perform analysis of balance sheet accounts ensuring accounts are accurate, any suspicious transaction must be investigated and escalated accordingly.
• Perform month-end activities accurately ensuring period is closed as per agreed.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE


Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

• Intermediate English.
• Excel intermediate knowledge.
• Power BI and database experience would be consider a plus.
• Proactiveness, teamwork, effective communication, analytical decision making, creative problem-solving.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

• Currently studying Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• Insurance Policy Expedited by INS.
• Active student certificate.
