How you will make an impact:
Perform moderately complex analysis (e.g., incumbent analysis) and provide recommendations to stakeholders
Create job profiles and evaluate benchmarking data
Participate in compensation surveys – collection of data, submissions & uploads, downloads of data to system, etc.
Collaborate in special projects/analyses to identify trends, assess impact, analyze alternatives and recommend action plans based on these analyses
Resolve issues and response to inquiries to compensation programs (e.g., Pay Review).
Other incidental duties

What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in related field and 1+ years of related experience (Compensation & Benefit, Payroll etc.) required
Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
Proficiency in English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize, strict attention to detail, proactivity
