We are now seeking a passionate data specialist to join us as a Salesforce Administrator (L2). This role will encompass end-user support as well as leading small change requests, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical specifications. Sounds interesting? How you will make an impact:
Administer and support Salesforce solutions, including user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, fields, reports, layouts, validations, etc.
Responsible for all L2 support queries by hands-on configuration and troubleshooting
Act as a point of contact for large data operations (data loading)
Projects support with tasks in integrations, data management, testing, and training
Point of contact for internal users, providing technical guidance and support
Responsible for all change requests received from end-users and Business Analysts
Guide/mentor the other colleagues in the support team
Contribute to the entire solutions support documentation and knowledge base
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field and min. 3 years of hands on Salesforce admin experience
Previous experience in Salesforce administration is essential
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration including creation of standard and custom objects and fields etc.
Fluent English
SFDC Administrator accreditation is desirable
Service Now, JIRA nice to have
Experience in the gathering of user requirements and translation into technical requirements
Motivated self-starter who shows initiative with the ability and drive to perform in a very fast-paced environment, able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global business environments
A strong team player with good communication skills
Analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt to new technologies
