What will you do?

• Conduct month end activities, such as revenue, cost management, headcount and other reporting
• Assist with coordination and execution of financial planning and forecasts
• Provide ongoing and ad-hoc reports and information to support management and decision making
• Participate in managing the P&L incl. cost management and in the BS including Net working capital items
• Engage closely and supportive with the management team of the CC with daily business operations
• Ensure statutory reporting, audit and tax requirements are met for the legal entity
• Build effective network with financial and non-financial stakeholders in Brno FSC
• Provide pragmatic, quick and flexible ad-hoc support to Business Controller, CC team and BA/Divisions as required
• Drive process and system improvement including Power BI reporting capabilities

What do you need for this role?

• At least two years of experience in finance (accounting desirable)
• Fluent English
• MS Office and SAP (Power BI is advantageous)
• Effective verbal and written communication, self-organized, pro-active approach and ability to recognize and drive changes and improvements
• University degree Finance or similar
