For this role, you are required to work from Prague office 2 days a week, the rest is work from home. Medtronic does not cover the cost of relocation to Prague, Czech Republic.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Supporting Business Process Outsourcing Vendor partner with meeting and exceeding Cash Application and Cash Collection targets
• Subject Matter Expert of the Collection and Cash application functions
• Act as a change agent, helping the organization through their Accounts Receivable journey
• Seek opportunities to raise quality standards and minimize lead times
• Contributing and leading project to standardize processes across EMEA Credit Services
• Participating in Order To Cash transformation projects
Thinking outside of box, offer solutions to resolve complex situations

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Spoken and written proficiency in English is a must (minimum C1 or equivalent).
• Cash Application or Cash Collection background
• Strong analytical skills, curiosity and attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment
