The Communication & Patient Advocacy/CSR Lead is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies, patient advocacy programs, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
This role will strengthen GSK’s reputation, foster patient engagement, and drive positive community impact.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated communication plans that align with GSK’s corporate objectives.
-
Manage internal and external communication channels, including press releases, social media, newsletters, and corporate website content.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand strategy alignment.
-
Build and maintain relationships with patient advocacy groups, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
-
Design and lead CSR initiatives that align with GSK’s values and contribute to our social impact goals
-
Identify and engage with key stakeholders to build and nurture relationships that support GSK’s mission and strategic priorities.

Represent GSK at industry events, conferences, and meetings with advocacy groups and community organizations.Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
-
Strong experience in communications, either from corporate or agency side
-
Fluency in both Czech and English languages
-
Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication and advocacy strategies
-
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
-
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
-
Experience in patient advocacy, or CSR within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
-
Master's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
-
Understanding of the healthcare landscape and patient advocacy environment is benefit
-
Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach.

Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
