Role Overview

As we expand into the Czech Republic, we’re looking for a passionate and visionary Content Lead to play a key role in our journey.
You will shape how we are perceived, and you’ll have the freedom and empowerment to bring your boldest ideas to life. Your work will directly impact how our Academy connects with the Czech audience, and your creativity and leadership will influence the very fabric of our marketing strategies.

Main Responsibilities

• You will design, lead, and execute the content strategy that will elevate ADI in the Czech market.
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to make ADI stand out.
• Create and implement a content strategy that resonates with the Czech market.
• Manage and publish content across multiple platforms, from engaging videos to insightful articles.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure content aligns with business goals.
• Measure content performance and continuously optimize based on data.
• Drive ADI’s Czech expansion with the creative freedom to test, iterate, and innovate.

• 4+ years of experience in Content Creation and strategy, preferably on platforms like Meta, Google, Tik Tok, X, and You Tube.
• Proficiency in Czech and full fluency in English.
• A creative and analytical mindset to balance artistic content creation with data-driven optimization.
• A passion for storytelling, social media, and understanding what makes an audience tick.
• A deep understanding of the local market and trends in the Czech Republic—you know what resonates with Czech audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform and guide your decisions.
• A collaborative spirit and the drive to shape something from the ground up.
