As a marketing specialist/content creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and publishing engaging content. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to generate innovative ideas and implement them. This role requires creativity, versatility, and a deep understanding of social media trends and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Create original and engaging content for our social media platforms, including images, videos, and text.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that enhance brand presence and marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze the outcome of social media and marketing campaigns, adapting strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
- Stay informed about the latest social media and marketing trends and adapt content accordingly.
- Manage your time effectively to accommodate varied schedules, including night shoots at bars or other locations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall content strategy.
- Edit and enhance videos using appropriate software such as Photoshop or Cap Cut to create high-quality content.
- Interact with the audience through comments, live sessions, and other engagement methods.
- Proven experience as a content creator or a similar role in social media and marketing.
- Creative skills and the ability to generate fresh and original ideas.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram (Meta), Tik Tok and familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Proficiency in design and editing software like Photoshop, Cap Cut, and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Czech not required).
- Creativity, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
- A solid grasp of social media trends, marketing insights, and their implications.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work variable hours, including late nights or weekends, as needed.
