In this newly created position, you will actively participate in the credit risk assessment of small and medium-sized business customers who will use Shell fuel cards in the region of German-speaking countries, the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. Based on this evaluation, you will decide whether to accept these customers.

• Decision-making in approving new demand for the use of Shell corporate cards and other products offered
• Conduct risk assessments in terms of the ability to repay obligations of our potential clients
• Setting conditions for accepting new clients not only based on the currently valid Credit Policy but also taking into account their knowledge and experience
• Communication with colleagues from the sales and credit team
• Cooperation with colleagues in the team, mainly in the analysis of the existing portfolio, the development of the client's payment morale, assistance in the evaluation of existing and new customers
• Cooperation with the IT team

• Experience in evaluating credit risks in the area of ability to repay
• Knowledge of English min. at B2-C1 level (mainly written communication)
• Experience working in an international company environment
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Desire to learn new things

• Knowledge of financial analysis
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Knowledge of German and especially Czech languages
