As a Digital & CRM Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager, country operations team and marketing hub. Your task will be to implement activities based on marketing plan to help achieve business goals and increase awareness of the Creditea brand in the Czech market. You will manage CRM activities, create attractive digital marketing campaigns, co-create content for social media and other online channels, and execute digital projects in collaboration with international colleagues and partners.
Job description:

• Responsible for creating innovative digital marketing campaigns and projects in collaboration with internal team and external agencies.
• Preparation and implementation of CRM campaigns, including proposing measures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyzing and evaluating digital marketing and business data for company management.
• Co-creating content for marketing channels in collaboration with an external copywriter.
• Managing lead generation activities and affiliate marketing projects.
• International collaboration with other departments on the development of new projects and products.

Requirements:

• Experience in online marketing (minimum 5 years)
• Experience with CRM system management
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns
• Orientation in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Sklik and Meta Business Suite
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Strong copywriting skills in Czech language
• Advanced level of English – used daily, communication with international colleagues
• Secondary/University education preferably in Marketing field
