Digital Acquisition Specialist

What this position is about – Purpose:

There are no consumers without a digital acquisition & conversion channel management. All digital consumer journeys start here therefore all our digital channels are hungry for ideas how to drive traffic to our own e-shop with unique product portfolio. It is up to you how you will feed them and satisfy them with the conversion.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

• Act as a product owner of the Digital acquisition & conversion channel including SEO, Paid media, Reviews, Priceindexers, Shop-in-shops etc.
• Build effective structure of digital agencies and managing over them: briefing, control over the development, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure appropriate service quality and KPIs’ execution
• Full responsibility for digital acquisition activities budget
• Identify and drive opportunities to grow the e-commerce channel, sales and reach more customers

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

• the e-commerce environment passionate who is experienced in driving traffic to converting pages by providing a brief and feedback to the e-commerce team
• very knowledgeable in the Czech digital & e-commerce business landscape
• positive, proactive person open to learn
• resourceful and able to solve problems in an agile setup
• ability to fluently speak English as well as Czech
