About us: Prague is one of the most beautiful European cities as well as the cultural and economic heart of Central Europe. Almost 135 Quidel Ortho employees are supporting the following functions within EMEA Shared Services: Customer Service and Finance team, People & Culture and GIS team. About the team: Professional customer service is provided in 9 languages by a highly skilled multinational team for the whole EMEA region. Teams are divided according to country or region they are supporting. In total we have enthusiastic individuals in our organization who are contributing to saving people's lives on a daily basis.

Your new role: Quidel Ortho is looking for an enthusiastic individual who wants to help others and make a difference. In our customer service team, you will get this chance every day, helping our customers to save lives of the patients. In this role you will be responsible for the customer portfolio in Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg) with the support of your team.

What you'll be doing in your new role:

Customer order management, working with both internal Quidel Ortho contacts and external customers to ensure fulfillment of all order elements, for on-time delivery.
Receiving, managing and resolving customer enquiries concerning orders, product availability, general information.
Ensure technical and other enquiries etc. are appropriately redirected and followed-up.
Customer complaints handling, monitoring and follow-up.
Providing support to Customer Services Team colleagues (cross functional cooperation - Supply Chain and Sales Team).
Supporting activities, archiving, maintenance of customer data in Quidel Ortho database, certificates.

The individual:

High school graduate or equivalent is preferable.
2+ years relevant experience in a customer facing activity, such as Customer Service, or Customer Care in a commercial business in a market led economy.
Previous work experience in a multi-national company is of great advantage.
Written and oral communication skills.
Personal organization skills.
Ability to follow specific processes, exercising initiative and flexibility as appropriate.
Computer literate, knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, intermediate level is essential.
Language skills – Fluency in Dutch and English. French or other European language is a plus.
Telephone skills – in the areas of listening, problem resolution, dealing with difficult situations / concerned customers – must be excellent.
Team work is a must while ensuring follow-up on individual responsibility.
