We have a great new opportunity to join the Zebra European Field Marketing team to become the trusted Marketing Specialist, working in partnership with local Sales teams and supporting the business in Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Adriatic countries. Our Field Marketing Specialist is the first and last mile. You will support and enable sales teams and channel, feeding back local market needs and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Understand our main market verticals, customer business challenges and sales growth initiatives along with getting to know our key Partners, Distributors and Alliance Partners.
• Together with Field Marketing Manager develop the integrated marketing plan for SEE territory in conjunction with the regional marketing, vertical, solutions and channel strategy.
• Assist with end-user marketing activities that drive demand within SEE territory accounts; this will include implementing demand generation and nurturing campaigns, promotions and customer briefings.
• Collaborate with Channel sales teams to design marketing actions that are aligned to overall marketing objectives with the key local Channel and Distribution Partners as defined by sales.
• In support of Field Marketing Manager provide consultancy to Central Marketing and other teams including Regional Product Management, to ensure successful Field Marketing, Sales and Channel enablement.
• Track leads in CRM system, supporting an ROI analysis to evaluate and improve effectiveness of demand generation programs.
• Support projects and initiatives as required.
• This role will be based in Czech Republic with the Zebra office in Prague or Brno.
• Travel will be required across SEE territory and East region.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing (both field & channel) with proven successes related to lead generation
• Czech language - native, English - fluent
• Experience with lead generation marketing communication is essential
• Good event & program management skills
• The ability to effectively utilize marketing and communication tools
• Good brand management skills, project and vendor management abilities
• Good communication skills and commitment to teamwork and ability to operate in a matrix business environment
• Good analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Expert event management skills including planning and execution
• Drives for results and is budget conscious
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills a must
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Suite
• Solid skills using a variety of computer programs and social media platforms
• Located in Brno and Prague
